The 8-day Hatha Yoga program will be part of the 21-day hatha yoga program from May 24 – 31, 2017 (first 8 days of the 21 day program) and it will be conducted in English with live translation in Mandarin, Russian, Hindi & Tamil. The 21-day program will be offered in English with live translation in Tamil, Hindi and Mandarin.
After successfully completing the program, participants will be equipped to offer some of the simple Hatha Yoga practices to their communities, thereby enabling them to conduct sessions on the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2017 and beyond.
